System Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving our IT systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration between IT and business units.

Duties

• Gather and analyze business requirements to identify system improvements and enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective IT solutions.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality meets specifications.
• Create detailed documentation for system processes, user guides, and training materials.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on new systems or updates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, SQL, or Python is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-oriented environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $75,906.00-$80,008.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
