Job responsibilities:

Source and attract top tech talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in tech recruitment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Job requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a tech recruiter or in a similar role within the recruitment industry.
Strong understanding of technology roles and the skills required for them.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
