Technical Marketing Specialist

We are a growing provider of high-end scientific and medical equipment. We are looking for a versatile, detail-oriented professional to bridge the gap between our technical product offerings and our commercial outreach.

This is a unique "hybrid" role. You will be responsible for our digital presence, creating the technical documentation that supports our users, and actively engaging with prospects and distributors to grow our market footprint. If you enjoy a mix of creative marketing, technical writing, and business development, this is the perfect position for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Management: Update and maintain the corporate website, ensuring product listings are accurate, SEO-optimized, and visually engaging.
• Content Creation: Compile and design professional product brochures and detailed user manuals. You must be able to translate complex scientific features into clear, user-friendly documentation.
• Lead Generation & Outreach: Execute email marketing campaigns to prospects. Manage initial inquiries and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Distributor Relations: Act as a point of contact for our regional distributors, providing them with the necessary marketing assets and product information to drive sales.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all outgoing communications and collateral align with our corporate identity and industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing or sales support, ideally within the scientific, medical device, or laboratory equipment industries.
• Technical Writing: Proven ability to create technical content (manuals or white papers)
• Communication: Excellent command of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with researchers, clinicians, and business partners.
• Mindset: A proactive "self-starter" who can manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
