Treasury Assistant

Job Summary:

The Treasury Assistant supports the Treasury or Finance department by assisting in the management of the company’s cash flow, banking operations, and financial transactions. This role ensures the accuracy and timeliness of financial records, helps maintain liquidity, and supports compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily bank balances and prepare cash position reports.
• Assist with cash forecasting and liquidity management.
• Initiate and process bank payments and fund transfers.
• Maintain banking relationships and coordinate bank account documentation.
• Reconcile bank statements with general ledger accounts.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of treasury-related reports.
• Maintain records of loans, investments, and other treasury instruments.
• Assist in foreign currency transactions and exchange rate tracking.
• Help manage corporate credit cards and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies and procedures.
• Provide support during internal and external audits.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting (preferred).
