Ux Researcher / Service Designer And Content Strategist (B001)

Scope of Work:

• Conducting an audit of existing website to assess its content, features and digital services, and analyse content performance metrics and user engagement data to provide recommendations for content optimisation or identify underperforming pages and/or sections for potential removal.
• Plan, coordinate and facilitate internal engagement sessions with internal stakeholders and end-users to gather feedback, and develop functional requirements documentations. The end-users shall include representatives from Members of Public/Art Self-Employed Persons/Art Companies in Singapore.

Qualification:

• The appointed individuals shall demonstrate proven expertise in delivering similar services to organisations of comparable scale and complexity, with a track record of successful implementations within the past five years.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
