Position Summary:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse, assisting with inventory management using ServiceTitan, preparing materials for job sites, and delivering parts to our electricians in the field. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory & Warehouse Support (using Service Titan):
• Assist with receiving, inspecting, and organizing shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular counts.
• Alert Office Manager of low stock and discrepancies.
• Store materials properly and keep warehouse clean and organized.
• Load/unload deliveries and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Job Site Prep & Delivery:
• Pick and stage materials for jobs using Service Titan.
• Load and deliver correct materials to job sites; retrieve and restock returns.
• Safely operate company vehicle and follow delivery schedules.
• Safety & Other Duties:
• Follow all safety protocols in the warehouse and on the road.
• Report hazards and operate equipment safely.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the Office Manager.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is required.
• Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
• Experience using Service Titan for inventory management is highly preferred.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the Office Manager, dispatchers, and electricians.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) on a regular basis.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
