Warehouse Staff

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items.

- Organize and maintain inventory levels.

- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

- Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and identification of products.

Order Processing

- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.

- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles.

- Use warehouse management software/systems for order tracking and processing.

Quality Control

- Inspect products for defects or damages before shipment.

- Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all tasks.

Safety and Cleanliness

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from hazards.

- Operate warehouse equipment in a safe manner and report any issues promptly.

Collaboration

- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to fulfill orders accurately and on time.

Skills and Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.

- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (if required).

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management software/systems.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.

- Physical stamina and the ability to lift/move heavy objects.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Working Conditions

- This position typically involves working in a warehouse environment, which may include exposure to varying temperatures.

- Physical requirements include lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating warehouse equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php16,770.00 per month
