Warehouse Worker

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving & Unloading: Offloading incoming shipments from trucks, verifying contents against manifests, and inspecting goods for damage.
• Picking & Packing: Locating items using paper pick-lists or handheld scanners (RF guns), securely packing them for shipment, and applying necessary labeling.
• Inventory Management: Organizing stock within the warehouse, performing cycle counts, and updating digital inventory systems to maintain accuracy.

Typical Work Environment

• Conditions: Can range from climate-controlled to non-temperature-controlled (hot in summer, cold in winter). Some roles involve cold storage/freezers.
• Pace: High-volume environments with strict hourly production quotas or "pick rates."
• Schedule: Often involves shift work, including nights, weekends, and overtime during peak seasons (e.g., holidays).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $37.00 per hour
