Program Development, Reporting and Data Interpretation
  • Record and analyze clinical insights to identify emerging trends related to psychological wellbeing in the workplace.
  • Make data-driven recommendations for program or operational improvements to both the client and internal teams.
  • Monitor operational issues, escalating concerns to the Clinical Lead as appropriate.
Service Delivery
  • Provide on-demand, short-term coaching to a diverse corporate workforce in the Trust and Safety industry.
  • Conduct wellness check-ins in line with the service-level agreements (SLAs) with all employees to assess overall wellbeing and meet the pre-set KPI’s of the service delivery model.
  • Design and facilitate psychoeducational group activities, workshops, and training focused on resilience, mental health literacy, and distress management.
  • Deliver group coaching sessions and manage triage for urgent clinical needs, including crisis intervention when necessary.
  • Complete all administrative tasks (e.g., session data tracking, case notes, scheduling) in line with customer agreements using an internal platform with accuracy and promptness.
