We’re looking for a qualified Wellness Partner (Caregiver) Level 4 to join our warm and supportive team at Ailsa Bailey Home ( Rest home Dementia), Strathallan Healthcare. This is a permanent part-time position worked over a two-week roster, Thursday – Sunday.

About the Role:

As a Wellness Partner, you’ll work closely with our Nurses and clinical team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. Your role is vital in enhancing the wellbeing and quality of life of our residents by supporting them with their daily needs and encouraging independence, dignity, and joy in everyday moments.
