Workforce Real Time Analyst

Account specific roles and responsibilities:

• Gathering lab reports for submission
• Performing bookkeeping tasks such as sending invoices, accounts payable, general data entry

Job Description:

• Provides customer support through different communication channels (phone, email, chat).
• Resolve issues and accommodates customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
• Collaborates with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues
• Maintains accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.

Requirements

• At least 6-months Back-office work experience (Preferably in logistics, construction, or any related industry)
• BPO experience is a PLUS
• Knowledge with accounting terminologies is an advantage
• Proficient in using MS Tools (Office, Excel, Outlook)
• Detailed oriented and organized
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work onsite in Makati or Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php24,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
