As a Technology Infrastructure Specialist at OCBC, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our systems and infrastructure are secure, efficient, and always available. How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to technology trends and advancements. You'll work closely with our technology teams to design, implement, and maintain our infrastructure, ensuring it's aligned with our business goals and objectives. You'll need to be proactive, collaborative, and always looking for ways to improve our systems and processes.

What you do
Act as the primary liaison between Global Market Division and IT, focusing on market data delivery, IT infrastructure support, and end-user computing within a large enterprise.

Trade floor IT support

  • Manage and provide timely resolution on trading application support (Bloomberg, Refinitiv etc)
  • Manage market data systems vendors
  • Provide technical support for PCs, notebooks, and mobile devices to
  • Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident management.
  • Mentor and support team to provide Level 2 desktop infrastructure support to end users / traders
  • Troubleshooting and resolution of the Microsoft Windows desktop environment, MacOS, iOS, printing, network, and voice system
  • Report and escalate problems in a timely manner

Technology Transformation & Automation

  • Drive automation (RPA, scripting) and implement workplace tech solutions.
  • Enhance digital workspace and streamline workflows.
  • Explore advanced endpoint and mobile technologies.

Risk & Performance Management

  • Monitor service indicators, manage obsolescence, and ensure fast recovery.
  • Use analytics to identify service gaps.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science

  • 5+ years in workplace tech and desktop infrastructure.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • End-user computing (Windows, O365, SCCM, Intune, AD, GPOs).

  • Market Data platforms (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Eikon etc).

  • Networking, Windows/Unix OS, automation tools (RPA, Power BI, Python).

  • Experienced in providing desktop support to end users

  • Previous trade floor support experience in investment banks

  • Good communication skills and able to work in fast pacing and demanding environment

  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, collaborative, innovative.

  • Microsoft, Network, Security certifications preferred.
