Workshop Coordinator

Job Description:

• Driving Forklift for loading and unloading of parts
• Verification of customer parts upon receiving or releasing by issuing Delivery Notes.
• Updating workshop activity board and ensuring traceability of customer’s parts.
• Parts movement and safety in the workshop – for storage or inspection.
• Coordinating with customer via email or phone for incoming/outgoing and Third Party Inspection schedules.
• Transporting equipment and/or inspectors to sites as and when required.
• Any other adhoc duty as assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Min 2-3 years experience in similar function
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
• Forklift license is a must.
• Good communication skills for internal and external interaction.
