2026 Summer Sales Intern D2D Sale

Location: Mississauga, ON

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, ~48 hours/week.

Job Type: Seasonal Contract (May 2026 – August 2026)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Summer Sales Intern role based in Mississauga, ON. The Sales Intern will support the sales team in engaging with prospective and existing customers, delivering excellent customer service, and assisting in identifying sales opportunities. Other responsibilities include participating in meetings, assisting in training sessions, and contributing to sales management processes. The role also involves gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of the sales cycle with guidance from senior team members.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Knowledge or experience in Sales and Sales Management to assist in driving performance and achieving targets.
  • Ability to participate in Training sessions to enhance sales techniques and overall performance.
  • Proactive mindset, organizational skills, and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
  • Enrollment in a Business, Marketing, or related degree program is preferred.

The Reality

This is a commission-based role. No base pay, no guarantees. Just a straightforward system where your results determine what you earn. Top performers do extremely well. People who struggle with consistency usually don’t last long.
