2nd Hand Luxury Store Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Experience

• Provide personalized, high-touch service to clients in-store and online.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and other platforms.
• Assist customers with product recommendations, styling advice, and after-sales support.

Product Knowledge & Authentication

• Develop in-depth knowledge of luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermès, Gucci, and Rolex.
• Support authentication and quality inspection processes.
• Ensure accurate product descriptions and pricing.

Store Operations

• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with inventory management, stock organization, and POS transactions.
• Support daily opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure store cleanliness and presentation align with luxury standards.

Digital & Social Engagement (if applicable)

• Assist with live selling, product photography, or social media content.
• Engage with online followers to drive digital sales conversions.

Pay: From $4,000.00 per month
