Account Manager
  • Key responsibilities will include:
    • Utilize relationship development, sales skills, product knowledge, and inventory management knowledge on a day-to-day basis.
    • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
    • Manage good business relationships, providing prompt customer service and increasing customer satisfaction.
    • Manage all communication with customers, including conflict resolution, pricing negotiation to maximize company profit, contract review and negotiation, orders, and RMA returns.
    • Create and conduct effective presentations (company profile, product roadmap, and value proposition) that inspire prospective customers to partner with Lanner.
    • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of activities such as sales calls, presentations, and follow-ups in the company's CRM.
    • Lead or assist new business development and market projections with the Business Development or Product Management Departments to develop sales strategies.
    • Work closely and lead communication with the project management team, quality team, and customers to identify the quality standards and expectations.
    • Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history, identifying alternate means for filling orders
