Accounting Clerk

Position will oversee financial transactions and generate financial reports.

Responsibilities:

• Balance and maintain accurate ledgers.
• Pay invoices and track bank account balances.
• Reconciling bank accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, HST, and other balance sheet accounts on a regular basis to ensure their accuracy.
• Include posting information to accounting journals.
• Process invoices.
• Handling communications with vendors, clients.

Qualifications:

• Formal training in accounting from a Canadian post-secondary educational institution.
• Minimum of 5 years accounting experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions with ease.
• Good time management, aptitude for improving systems and processes.
• Experience with Sage 300 would also be an asset for this position.
