Accounting Clerk (Cantonese / Mandarin Speaking)

Job description

We are seeking experienced Full-time accounting clerk. This position is ideal for an individual who is polished, has a desire for a high level of responsibility in a fast paced, transactional role in a growing company and wishes to be an integral member of a dynamic growing team.

You must be confident dealing with people at all levels and you will use your strong technical accounting, communication, and interpersonal skills to address and resolve issues, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service on tight deadlines.

Role Summary:

This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day bookkeeping functions of the company and will work closely with the stuffs and Accounting Firm to ensure the financial transactions are recorded and complete with accuracy.

Qualifications:

· English and Mandarin are must assets.

· Graduates of Accounting Diploma Program are welcome to apply. Accounting Clerk with experience or similar professional office of at least 2-5 years.

· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties with ability to manage simultaneously

· Flexible with the needs of the company, timeline driven and a strong sense of urgency

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word.

· Ability to learn quickly, problem solve, make decisions, and take the initiative to inquire, effective time management and organization skills

· High level of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to work in a team and independently
