Accounting Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company’s financial operations and strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
• Ensure compliance with corporate financial laws and implement effective risk management practices.
• Analyze financial data and create accurate forecasting models to drive informed business decisions.
• Provide strategic guidance on budget planning, financial performance, and company growth opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Accounting and Finance teams to ensure optimal performance.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Proven experience of at least 10 years in senior finance roles such as CFO, Finance Officer, or similar.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law, risk management, and best practices in the industry.
• Expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to handle complex challenges.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA is an advantage).
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
