Role Overview
Join First Philippine Skills & Equipment Testing Corporation (FPSET) this summer! We are looking for motivated students from Accountancy and Business Administration courses to support our finance and administrative departments. This role offers a unique look at the intersection of corporate finance and the industrial safety sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Assistance: Help process accounts payable/receivable and assist in preparing billing statements for our training and testing services.
• Operational Support (for BSBA): Assist in monitoring project costs, managing office inventories, and updating client records.
• Data Management: Input financial data into our systems and ensure all supporting documents (receipts, vouchers, contracts) are filed accurately.
• Reporting: Support the preparation of weekly progress reports and monthly financial summaries.
• Compliance: Learn the basics of business permits, tax filings, and industry-specific regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: Open to current students pursuing a BS in Accountancy or BS in Business Administration (BSBA).
• Skills: Solid grasp of MS Office (especially Excel). Familiarity with basic business math and office procedures.
• Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a professional office environment.
• Availability: Can commit to starting this May 2026 and working onsite in Pasig.
