Knowledge Management

• Checking and validating invoices for payment
• Match invoices to GR on PO
• Coordinate and follow-up discrepancies to vendors
• Scheduling and ensuring payments are received by vendor/suppliers
• Responding to inquiries of vendors/suppliers

Reporting

• Monthly Aging Report
• Monthly Open GR/IR Report
• Various Reports to Monitor Accuracy of Transactions
• Training Center Reporting (Actual Spend)
• Marketing Spend Reporting (Actual Spend)

Qualifications

• Candidate must be graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equal
• Analytical, detail-oriented and agile to the changing demands of the job
• Knowledge in SAP is preferred
