YOUR CHALLENGE

• Assist in executing daily financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and budgeting
• Participate in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with international accounting standards
• Analyse financial data and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making
• Monitor budgets and conduct variance analysis to provide recommendations for budget-compliant actions
• Assist in liquidity planning and cash management
• Collaborate with various departments to optimise financial processes and systems
• Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and improve risk management

YOUR PROFILE

• Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of finance and controlling
• Proactive work style and the ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Effective communication skills to articulate complex financial information clearly
• Experience in financial reporting and budgeting processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Professional experience in a similar position is desirable
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly excel, and experienced with financial accounting systems
• Bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on finance, controlling, or similar
