Your aim as a Accounts Payable Specialist is being responsible for timely, complete and accurate administration of financial data in accordance with Bugaboo’s standard procedures and legislation.

You are part of the Accounts Payable Team and report to the Manager of Accounts Payable.

Key responsibilities
  • Timely booking of supplier invoices

  • Creditor status update on a regulation basis (reconciliations).

  • External communication with suppliers.

  • Internal communication with budget holders and PO creators.

  • Communication across functions and at levels.

What you will bring to the table
  • Some years of relevant experience in a financial administrative job, in an international environment.

  • Knowledge of financial software NetSuite (is a pre), purchase order systems and MS Excel.

  • Experience with numbers, proactive attitude and result oriented.

  • Accuracy, social skills and ability to work with deadlines.

  • You have fluent English and Dutch language skills.
