Pro AV Solutions has an exciting opportunity available in our ACT branch to join our Client Services Team as a Concierge. This role is based onsite within a secure client environment and is ideal for a technically capable, service-driven professional who thrives in high-security, high-performance settings.
About the Role
As a Concierge, you will be the primary onsite contact for AV support, delivering first-level troubleshooting, preventative maintenance and user assistance. Combining technical expertise with exceptional customer service, you will ensure seamless AV and UC operations while maintaining professionalism and discretion. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support for AV systems, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software faults in collaboration with internal technical teams.
- Conduct regular system health checks and perform preventative maintenance.
- Support meeting setups, live events, and conference calls as required.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for escalated issues.
- Deliver a friendly and professional service experience for all onsite users.
- Maintain accurate documentation including logs, reports and support materials.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in AV service delivery.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a PV (Positively Vetted) security clearance.
- Prior experience in AV support within a corporate, hospitality, event or secure environment.
- Clear understanding of working within Defence or secure agencies.
- Strong understanding of AV system components including displays, control systems and conferencing solutions.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills across hardware and software platforms.
- Strong PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills, accountability and the ability to work independently.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CTS, Crestron, or Extron) are a plus.
