Activities Assistant

```Overview```
We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Activity Assistant to join our team. As an Activity Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by planning and implementing engaging activities. If you have a passion for caregiving and enjoy working with seniors, we would love to hear from you.

```Responsibilities```
- Assist in planning and organizing a variety of activities and events for residents in a nursing home or assisted living setting
- Engage residents in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities to promote physical and mental well-being
- Provide support with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure a positive and inclusive environment
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans

```Experience```
- Previous experience in caregiving or working with seniors is preferred
- Knowledge of event planning and social work principles is a plus
- Familiarity with memory care programs and techniques is beneficial
