Mountain Ridge Wellness is an evidence-based, community-focused chiropractic and wellness clinic in the heart of Maple Ridge. We’re expanding and inviting a passionate Acupuncturist to join our collaborative team as we add treatment space and new services.

What We’re Looking For

• We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Acupuncturist to join our healthcare team.
• A friendly, professional communicator who provides evidence-based, goal-oriented care.
• Providing acupuncture treatments to patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring a high standard of care in a supportive environment.
• Someone excited to build a loyal patient base and contribute to a positive clinic atmosphere.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and be proficient in medical terminology.
• The ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals is a high priority within the clinic.

Duties

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ health histories and current conditions.
• Develop personalized acupuncture treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
• Administer acupuncture treatments in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients on the benefits of acupuncture and provide guidance on complementary therapies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatments and progress.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Stay current with advancements in acupuncture techniques and practices through ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as an Acupuncturist is required.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and patient care practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on patient education.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
