Minimum Education
Student must be enrolled in an undergraduate or higher level degree program, and have completed at least one semester of classes. Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Exceptions are made based upon qualifications and experience. (Required)

- Express information to individuals or groups effectively , whether verbal or written in a clear , convincing and organized manner .

- Refer non-standard questions and problems to higher levels.

- Use resources and equipment needed to perform each task.
- Use established filing and data systems, functions, and/or procedures.

- Speak up when team members appear to exhibit unsafe behavior or performance
- Continuously validate and verify information needed for decision making or documentation
- Stop in the face of uncertainty and takes time to resolve the situation
- Demonstrate accurate, clear and timely verbal and written communication
- Actively promote safety for patients, families, visitors and co-workers
- Attend carefully to important details - practicing Stop, Think, Act and Review in order to self-check behavior and performance
