Position: ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER III (LEGAL - INITIAL COMPLIANCE)
Place of Assignment: Office of the President - Legal
Monthly Rate: Php 31,320
Mode of Employment: Contract of Service
No. of Vacancy: Two (2)

Qualification Standards:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Legal Management, AB English, AB Communications, Political
Science, or other allied courses relevant to the position
Experience: At least one (1) year of relevant experience
Training: At least four (4) hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Preferably with Career Service (Professional) Eligibility

Job Responsibilities

Main Functions:

1. Facilitating the registration of Submitting Entities;
2. Monitoring of Submitting Entities’ (SEs) monthly submission particularly in the areas of periodicity,

completeness, and accuracy;
3. Preparing monthly reports on SEs’ compliances and recommending appropriate actions for SEs that fail

to fulfill the compliance metrics;
4. Monitoring SEs’ submission compliance in relation to the issuance and maintenance of access

credentials;
5. Drafting and sending of Letter of Compliance (LOC) and other related correspondence;
6. Responding to inquiries, comments, requests, and disputes of SEs regarding their compliance;
7. Coordinating and collaborating with CIMS (Data Quality Team) in addressing questions, queries, and

comments with related technical issues;
8. Building, maintaining, and organizing files and records of SEs; and
9. Ensuring accurate recording, compilation, and reporting of SE’s compliance.

Support Functions:

10. Evaluating existing policies and procedures and, if warranted, in the development and revision thereof;
11. Conducting research on issues affecting/impacting SEs compliance with R.A. 9510;
12. Production of reports on any newly passed laws as well as orders and issuances of various government

agencies that have a potential impact on credit reporting;
13. Updating, managing, and securing the integrity of documentation of SEs communication relevant to their

compliance;
14. Conducting fact-finding measures based on available resources submitted to verify the non-compliance

issues of SEs;
15. Planning, executing, and managing compliance testing, including developing control matrices,

identifying control points, designing and carrying out test procedures, identifying the root cause,
reporting results, and reviewing work papers; and

16. Identifying opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Compliance Monitoring
program and participate in ad hoc assignments; and

17. Perform other functions as may be assigned.
