Aesthetic Therapist And Clinic Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Aesthetic Therapist and Medical assistant to assist our Doctor to join our medical aesthetic clinic. This role is suitable for individuals who are passionate about aesthetics, patient care, and delivering high service standards in a clinical environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with doctors and the clinic team to provide safe, effective, and personalised aesthetic treatments while ensuring an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the clinic’s services and products in a professional and ethical manner
• Conduct skin and body assessments and recommend suitable aesthetic treatments
• Perform medi-facials and aesthetic treatments according to clinic protocols
• Assist doctors during aesthetic procedures when required
• Maintain high standards of customer service and patient care
• Ensure a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment at all times
• Adhere to clinic standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of Secondary School / GCE “O” Level, Higher Secondary, Professional Certificate, or NITEC
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the aesthetics or beauty industry
• Knowledge of aesthetic and beauty treatments is preferred
• Professional, well-groomed, and patient-oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in the English and Mandarin language

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 11:00am – 8:00pm
• Saturday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
• Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays
• 2 additional off days a month
