Agency Business Delivery Manager

The Business Delivery Manager owns end-to-end execution of key agency transformation initiatives, ensuring readiness, activation, adoption and performance tracking. This agency force-facing role supports execution of programs such as Growth Bonus, H&P Club, Joint Sales Capability, Recruitment expansion, and TA/PFA Proposition. It requires strong coordination, sales acumen, and operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Execution Leadership
  • Drive the planning, coordination and rollout of assigned initiatives, ensuring milestones are met with clarity and discipline.
  • Translate initiative designs into clear SOPs, agency force-facing toolkits and execution guides.
Agency Force Activation & Behaviour Change
  • Conduct leader briefings, agency force training, activation sessions and feedback loops.
  • Support behavioural adoption through nudges, coaching, and frontline engagement.
Initiative Performance Tracking
  • Work with Distribution Performance Management and Transformation Office teams to track KPIs related to assigned initiative (movement rates, activity ratios, productivity metrics) identify at‑risk segments and escalate intervention needs as well as track progress of initiaitive.
  • Maintain dashboards and structured reports to support mangement updates.
Cross‑Functional Coordination
  • Work with Tech, Digital Enablement, Finance, BD, Recruitment, Risk and Product on initiative deliverables, UAT activities and readiness criteria.
  • Ensure operational alignment and early issue identification.
Communications & Enablement
  • Develop toolkits, training materials, FAQs, and sales enablement resources.
  • Bridge between agency force and corporate teams to refine designs and resolve pain points.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • 5–8 years experience in agency management, business development, sales operations, transformation, or project execution roles.
  • Strong understanding of agency sales practices and frontline dynamics.
  • Experience in cross‑functional project delivery preferred.
