We are seeking a highly motivated recruiting leader whose primary focus will be identifying, attracting, and hiring talented real estate agents to join our team.
This role is designed for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and closing talent — not someone who prefers administrative tasks or spending most of their time redesigning training programs or sitting around discussing how to farm.

Primary Focus of This Role: Recruiting
This position is responsible for driving agent growth through consistent recruiting activity.
Success in this role will be measured primarily by: Recruiting pipeline activity Recruiting conversations Interviews conducted Agents hired Overall team growth
Performance Expectation:
The Agent Recruiting Manager is expected to maintain an active recruiting pipeline and conduct regular outbound recruiting calls each week to identify and attract potential team members.
Key Responsibilities
Agent Recruiting Team Growth (Primary Responsibility) Proactively recruit both new and experienced real estate agents . Build and manage a consistent recruiting pipeline . Conduct daily recruiting outreach calls and follow-ups . Schedule and lead recruiting appointments and interviews. Present the company’s value proposition and career opportunity. Track recruiting activity and candidate pipeline. Achieve monthly and annual recruiting targets.
Agent Onboarding (Secondary Responsibility) Assist with onboarding newly recruited agents. Ensure new team members understand company systems and expectations. Support initial training and integration into the team.
What This Role Is NOT
This role is not primarily a training or curriculum development position - We already have a great training program.
This role is not primarily a course in how to teach Agent's Best Practices - We already have two Brokers doing that.
The focus of this position is actively growing the team through recruiting and talent acquisition.
Qualifications 3+ years of real estate sales, recruiting, or team leadership experience Proven ability to recruit or influence people to join an organization Comfortable making high-volume recruiting calls and outreach Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized and metrics-driven Experience with Follow Up Boss or other real estate CRM systems Active real estate license required and must be placed with brokerage
Compensation Base salary Recruiting bonuses tied to agents hired Performance incentives tied to team growth
Expected Total Compensation:
$75,000 – $125,000+ depending on performance
