POSITION DUTIES
- Lead and manage multiple Agile projects through delivery and execution.
- Work with Product Owners to define product roadmaps and translate requirements into user stories.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with mission needs.
- Remove blockers and support teams in achieving sprint goals.
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate across stakeholders.
- Support testing and validation activities to ensure quality standards are met.
- Track project status, metrics, and delivery outcomes and report to leadership.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Must hold Active Secret Cleranc
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience delivering multiple Agile projects and removing blockers
- Experience defining roadmaps and translating requirements into user stories
- Experience prioritizing user stories within a product backlog
- Experience managing a multi-disciplinary team
- Experience with testing to ensure quality levels are achieved
- Undergraduate degree required
- Certified PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent
