The Role: AI+ Strategy Intern

The Team:
The AI+ People Strategy team is at the forefront of integrating AI technologies into our human resources operations. We are a dynamic group of innovative thinkers dedicated to transforming people strategy through AI-driven insights and solutions. Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI-driven strategies that enhance people operations and decision-making processes.
  • Analyze data and trends to provide insights that inform AI initiatives and improve employee experiences.
  • Support the implementation of AI solutions that align with organizational goals and enhance workforce efficiency.
  • Conduct research to stay updated on AI advancements and their potential impact on people strategy.
  • Assist in the development of metrics and KPIs to evaluate the success of AI initiatives.
  • Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Create and train AI solutions tailored to optimize HR processes and enhance strategic decision-making.

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $25 - $30/hr . Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience with AI technologies and their application in HR or people strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software commonly used in AI initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing and training AI models specifically for HR applications.
  • Familiarity with AI ethics and its implications in people strategy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying innovative solutions.
