Ai Product Manager

CLIENT:

Our client is a US-based automation and business intelligence company that develops technology solutions for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Their products include performance dashboards, ticket tracking tools, chatbots, and automation systems that help businesses monitor and optimize operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead the integration of AI capabilities into existing SaaS products to enhance functionality and user experience
• Identify product improvements, new features, and opportunities for innovation based on client needs and market trends
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers (based in China), to ensure timely and effective product delivery
• Engage with clients to gather insights, understand business requirements, and translate them into product solutions
• Drive product scaling and monetization strategies, including pricing models and market expansion initiatives
• Utilize data and business intelligence tools to track product performance and support data-driven decision-making
• Ensure alignment between technical development and business objectives through clear communication and stakeholder management.

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Proven experience in product management within SaaS and AI-driven environments
• Strong background in Generative AI, automation, or business intelligence tools
• Experience managing the full product lifecycle, including product scaling and monetization
• Ability to work closely with both technical teams (developers/engineers) and non-technical stakeholders (clients/business users)
• Preferably with a background in engineering, software development, or a related technical field prior to transitioning into product management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills, with experience handling client-facing interactions
• Comfortable working in a remote, cross-cultural, and fast-paced environment
