We are looking for Assistance Store Manager who has the capability to maximize sales, lead the team and ensure the delivery of excellent customer service in our Indian fashion store.
The ideal Applicant should have at least a relevant experience of more than 2 years’ experience as a retail manager or supervisor or assistance. The tasks for the role include:
- sole-charge shop and staff management;
- in-depth understanding and genuine love for Indian ethnic fashion wear and trends;
- excellent customer service standards;
- an active approach in developing initiatives to drive the commercial success of the store;
- preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions;
- proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- ordering fresh stock, minimize dead stock and set prices;
- hiring, training, supervising and managing the staff;
- promoting the business via social media;
- responsible for health and safety.
