Appliance & Furniture Salesperson

We are seeking courteous & customer-oriented Appliance & Furniture Sales Associates to join our team. You will assist customers in selecting the right appliances and furniture, build relationships with clients, and ensure they have a positive shopping experience. This position offers opportunities for commission and sales bonuses in addition to base pay.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting appliances and furniture that meet their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed product information and demonstrate features to enhance customer understanding.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, restocking items as necessary.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and promote special offers.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills to engage and assist customers effectively
• Proven sales experience, preferably in retail or home goods
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of appliances and furniture products is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
