Our Opportunity
We are seeking an individual who is interested in driving innovation, delivery in a fast-paced agile environment, with a background in Process Management techniques, who will:
Have a growth mindset and a keen interest to learn business facts and develop skills on the job
Define and manage scoping, requirements definition and prioritisation activities for initiatives of various sizes and complexities.
Communicate clearly and engage with stakeholders by making complex problems simple and easy to understand
Contribute to end-to-end project delivery with a focus on identifying and documenting requirements, stakeholder engagement, planning, prioritisation and overcoming challenges to achieve successful outcomes
Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, business sponsors, group product managers, program managers and service providers.
Job specific capabilities
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they can:
Take ownership of understanding client requirements, gathering relevant data, and delivering high-quality analysis and resolutions for issues
Design and develop system specifications for the design and development of system software
Interpret API specifications to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution
Apply strong critical thinking skills to navigate ambiguity and resolve complex business and technical problems
Collaborate with and facilitate stakeholder groups through formal and informal engagement
Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
Ensure stakeholder needs are fully understood by clearly documenting requirements and validating proposed solutions with stakeholders
Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in high-performing, collaborative environments while managing competing priorities
Analyse and document current and future state system and business processes
Develop clear and concise user stories and define acceptance criteria to support solution delivery
In addition to the above, the following qualifications and experience would be advantageous:
A formal qualification or at least two years' experience in System Analysis, Process Improvement or related field
Knowledge of data structures and how they support system and process analysis
An understanding of user-centred design principles and experience with agile project management
Experience with the development of business cases, project proposals and/or feasibility assessments
