CowManager is expanding its presence in the New Zealand market and we're looking for an experienced and passionate Area Marketing Manager.
With our innovative ear sensor technology, CowManager supports dairy producers in over 40 countries in optimising herd health, fertility, transition and nutrition through cutting-edge data insights.
The Job
As the Area Marketing Manager for New Zealand and Australia, you’ll take the lead in creating and executing impactful marketing and communication strategies that boost brand awareness, engage stakeholders, and drive business growth by generating leads.
From managing campaigns and social media to coordinating events and coordinating compelling content. Your work will directly contribute to the success of the expansion of CowManager in New Zealand and Australia.
Responsibilities
Planning, running and evaluating marketing campaigns, including digital campaigns backed by data and insights
Coordinating content creation. From press releases and news articles to ads, promotional materials, video projects, and social posts
Organising and representing CowManager at events like National Fieldays and other industry events
Managing budgets and local lead targets and keeping projects on track
Ensuring CowManager brand consistency with the help of Content Specialists at HQ in the Netherlands
Collaborating closely with other Area Marketers, the Sales team, headquarters, and local agencies to ensure aligned and effective marketing efforts
Keeping in touch with partners, local media publishers and helping build strong relationships

Your Profile
You hold at least a bachelor’s degree, have 3 or more years of experience in marketing and communications, and have a commercial mindset. You take initiative, bring energy to your work, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves. You know how to turn bold and creative ideas into practical campaigns that get results.
You keep up with social media trends and know how to make them work for your audience. You’re organised, adaptable, and thrive when managing a mix of structured projects and ad-hoc tasks. You’re confident working independently but are also a great team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and partners. Familiarity with the New Zealand and Australian dairy industry is a definite plus.
