Looking for Area Sales Managers to cover Davao Region

Area Sales Manager Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales is generally expected, with a preference for the animal feed industry.
• Experience in sales management.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a team of sales representatives.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
• Analytical and strategic thinking abilities to identify market trends and develop sales plans to achieve targets.
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite and other relevant software programs.
• Working knowledge of animal nutrition or the animal feed industry is a must.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
