Area Sales Supervisor

Job Description:

• Maintains and keep good working relations with partners by conducting outlet visitations around South Area;
• Assess and recommends feasibility/market study for expansion programs of outlets in its area;
• Executes personnel policies and disciplinary actions among his/her subordinates;
• Supervises and trains staff in performing their respective duties and responsibilities;
• Responsible in achieving monthly and annually sales targets;
• Performs related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualification:

• A graduate of business management, business administration, marketing, advertising, mass communications or any related courses;
• Preferably with at least two (2) years experience as Area Sales Supervisor in a food industry or equivalent professional practice;
• Strict in implementing of rules, regulations, & policies.
