Your Impact:

1House is Asahi Beverages in-house creative agency based in Parnell. It was created to support some of New Zealand’s most loved alcohol brands including Asahi, Hard Rated, Brookvale Union and many more within the Asahi Beverages portfolio. As an Art Director working at 1House, you’ll be an integral part of the team helping make people experience and choose our brands more.

You’re an Art Director who lives and breathes big social ideas and love what creativity can do for any business. You’re a non-traditional thinker who loves great art direction and thrives in the digital world. But equally you can bring ideas to life in any traditional medium. You love problem solving and know what’s trending on social.

You’re proactive and always take ownership of your work. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You communicate your ideas confidently and effectively. You take pride in your work and are happy to work independently as well as collaborate with a copywriter and social content creators on projects.

You’re a team player who enjoys working alongside strategists, project managers and the production team to create brilliant work. And you’re always keen to listen and learn from those around you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solve briefs with socially led integrated thinking
• Work closely with copywriters, social content creators and production teams across New Zealand and Australia
• Create content for brand content calendars
• Apply understanding of Meta and TikTok best practice
• Present ideas confidently and effectively

About You:

• 2+ years’ experience as an Art Director in agency, studio or in-house environments
• A strong folio demonstrating big social ideas, campaign thinking and executional craft
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Creative Degree a bonus
• Alcohol/non-alcohol drinks experience a bonus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent time management skills
