The Team: The Business Intelligence and Applications team plays a critical role in both the implementation of our strategic initiatives and operational execution in our rapidly growing European business. Our work spans across various cross-functional areas, such as cloud marketplaces, partner ecosystems, customer success management, business model analysis, sales productivity, and digital commerce. Our team is composed of project managers, business process analysts, and technology experts.
The Role: In response to our tremendous growth, we're seeking an AI and Automation Intern to help design and implement innovative solutions that support our cloud business evolution and drive transformation in our customers' and partners' engagement process. From trial and onboarding to subscription growth and renewal, we aim to streamline our processes through digital channels and personal interactions. This role requires a demonstrated technical interest in Cloud Services, API-based problem-solving approaches, and a strong fascination with Artificial Intelligence and Cognitive Services. Your responsibilities will involve analyzing business opportunities for growth and efficiency, designing technically based, customer-centric solutions, and overseeing these solutions from the design phase to hand-off to operations. You will be supported by a Business Process Analyst on these projects and may sometimes be required to collaborate virtually with our corporate technology teams based outside of Europe.
Given the rapid pace at which our company operates, you must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and shifting priorities and be able to quickly grasp our cloud and business strategies, supporting technologies, and operating models.

You Are:

• Currently participating in a bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline, we are open to all undergraduate programs, provided you can demonstrate a strong personal motivation to learn aspects of Automation / Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning.
• Experienced in hands-on coding/configuration with Machine Learning Models.
• Familiar with Cloud Services / Microsoft Power Platform

• Experienced in working with APIs and problem-solving.
• Comfortable with hands-on coding when necessary, but you typically opt for implementing low-code solutions. You're willing to wrangle data as needed.

You Have:

• Strong proven technical interest in Artificial Intelligence / Cognitive Services.
• Demonstrated ability to self-learn beyond your course curriculum
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
