Assistant Bar Manager (Cbd)

• Up to S$3700 per month + Performance Bonus

Responsibilities

• Support the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedure
• Ensure high standards in beverage preparation, maintaining quality and consistency across cocktails, house specialties, and other drinks.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering to ensure smooth operations during high-volume service.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate the bar team to maintain efficient workflow and service standards.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure seamless coordination between bar and floor operations.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, oversee equipment upkeep, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a bar or F&B setting, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Confident in cocktail preparation and familiar with bar inventory management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, able to perform under pressure.
• Service-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working late hours, weekends, and public holidays.
