Assistant Branch Manager - Napier

The Role

This is a crucial role within our retail store in Napier that requires a dynamic person with strong sales and leadership potential to provide excellent service to our customers within the region. This role will be working 45hours across Monday to Saturday. Your key responsibilities will also include:

• Driving store performance by managing sales and stock to ensure store targets are met
• Maintain high standards for store presentation and customer service
• Lead and develop your team through training, performance management and ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures
• Champion health and safety by ensuring the workshop is clean and tidy, procedures are followed, and staff are trained correctly

To be successful you will need:

• A full, clean NZ Driver's License
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Proven sales experience and the ability to work as part of a team
• Previous experience working within the automotive or tyre industry, or a willingness to learn, as you will need to be across all roles within the store and comfortable working on the workshop floor
