WHAT YOU WILL DO
The role will be responsible to support the development and execution of brand strategies across key product lines. This is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of marketing experience in the FMCG sector who is eager to grow their career in brand management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of brand plans to drive market share and brand equity
- Support brand activation campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and in-store channels
- Coordinate and manage new product development (NPD) initiatives from concept to launch, working cross-functionally with different teams
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to inform brand strategies
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in FMCG brand management
- Exposure to brand activations and hands-on involvement in new product development
- Experience in digital executions
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity on P&L
- Strong business acumen – ability to present information with a data-driven approach
- MS Office
