Assistant Late Night Bar Manager

• Assist the General Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Assist managing late night bar.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise bartenders and bar staff.
• Develop and maintain beverage menus, including seasonal specials.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to prevent shortages or waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
• Together with bar manager, monitor bar performance, track sales, and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
• Ensure consistent adherence to company policies, service standards, and brand values.
• Build strong customer relationships and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Deal with musicians and/or DJs if required.
