ASSISTANT MANAGER, SALES SUPPORT
PURPOSE/ MISSION
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Establish and maintain customer sell through and inventory reporting, conducting quantitative product and sales analysis.
- Assist Omni channel marketing with collation and analyses of product performance within the wholesale channel.
- Assist in the development of Key Account Plans and ensure quarterly reviews are properly conducted with utilization of data and insights generated from customer sell through reports.
- Work with the Senior Manager Wholesale to maximize sales and profitability within the channel.
- Present analysis and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide clear recommendations based on data and trends.
- Track Brand Priority 1 and Account specific activations campaigns
- Collate and Track Trade Spend across the Wholesale channel aligned to customer agreements.
- Provide content links/material for Priority 1 and Account Specific activations.
- Maintain timely collections and collation of customer data.
- Manage data integrity.
- Monitor the progress of accounts KPIs.
- To observe both global and local policies and procedures in all dealings
- Maintain confidential disciplines on customer data sharing guidelines.
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE
- Preferably 2-4 years in analytics, ideally in a sales environment
- Preferably industry experience in FMCG, technology, Consumer Goods
- Exposure in Sports, marketing, account marketing, consumer goods, fashion, retail
- University degree from reputable institution
- Technical Skills: Outlook – Basic, Word – Advanced, Excel - Advanced/Expert, PowerPoint: Advanced
- Langauge Skills: English - Advanced, Local Language - Fluent
