THE OBJECTIVE
The Assistant Manager/ Manager – Growth will support the strategic direction and commercial performance of the agency group. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through new business acquisition, account expansion, and operational excellence. The incumbent will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute business development strategies, nurture client relationships, and contribute to achieving ambitious financial targets.
THE WORK
What You’ll Do
Strategic Growth & Business Development
Support the execution of group-wide sales and growth strategies aligned with the agency’s objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including high-value accounts and partnerships.
Collaborate with Account Teams to uncover and capitalize on organic growth opportunities within existing client portfolios.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
Assist in developing compelling proposals and pitches, ensuring alignment with client needs and profitability goals.
Participate in networking activities to strengthen industry presence and identify partnership opportunities.
Team Collaboration & Performance
Work closely with the Director of Growth and Account Managers to ensure seamless execution of client strategies.
Contribute to setting and monitoring KPIs for growth initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Support team development through knowledge sharing and best-practice application.
Operational Excellence & Financial Accountability
Monitor project budgets and margins to ensure profitability.
Provide input for accurate forecasting and reporting of revenue pipelines.
Stay informed on market trends and competitive intelligence to refine growth strategies.

Client Impact: Strengthen client relationships and deliver solutions that position the agency as a strategic partner.
Collaboration: Drive effective teamwork across sales, account management, and solutions teams.
Market Insight: Demonstrate proactive engagement with industry trends to inform growth strategies.
THE HIVE
You will work closely with the Corporate Division, Experiential Team, Client Success Team, and Solutions Team. This role requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve growth objectives.
THE GOOD TO HAVE
• Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or growth roles, with exposure to leadership responsibilities.
• Education: Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
• Strategic Growth Acumen: Demonstrated success in driving business development and revenue growth.
• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management and pricing strategies to ensure profitable growth.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels, internally and externally.
• Business Intelligence: Awareness of current business issues, market trends, and competitive forces impacting the industry.
