We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our Brisbane team. This cadetship program requires you to be currently studying or about to commence a course in construction management or a related field.

Support Senior Staff: Assist senior staff in delivering high-quality quantity surveying services.
Estimating and Administration: Help with estimating project costs and administrative tasks.
Client Engagement: Attend site visits and meetings with clients.
Project Involvement: Engage in projects across various sectors, such as health, defence, and education.
Skills and Experiences:
What You Bring
Education: Currently enrolled in a building or construction-related degree.
Communication: High-level verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Professionalism: Demonstrate a professional attitude and the ability to work independently.
Citizenship: Must be an Australian Citizen or hold Permanent Residency.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is essential.
Membership Eligibility: Eligible for student membership to a recognized professional institution such as AIQS or RICS.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally.
Self-Motivation: Show initiative, motivation, and sound organizational and prioritization skills.
Team Player: Strong ability to work as part of a team.
