What You’ll Be Rocking Daily:

• Running the show and managing day-to-day retail operations like a boss.
• Making sure sale signs and promos are bold, bright, and impossible to miss.
• Coaching and hyping up the team to deliver top-tier customer service.
• Keeping the store clean, welcoming, and “wow-this-place-is-nice” ready.
• Merchandising like a pro so every shelf says “take me home.”
• Ensuring the POS is smooth, speedy, and checkout lines move like lightning.
• Scheduling and optimizing promos and marketing across all marketing channels (because timing is everything).

What You Bring to the Table:

• Solid experience in running front store operations.
• Communication skills so good you could sell water in the rain.

• Social media marketing skills that actually convert.
• Confidence navigating online marketplaces like a digital pro.

• Social Media Marketing: 2 years (preferred)
• Online Marketplace Listings: 2 years (preferred)
• Shopify Item Management: 2 years (preferred)
• Staff Budgeting: 2 years (preferred)
